Can We Create Ethical Artificial Intelligence? – A Panel Discussion
A panel discussion at Happy Dog in the Gordon Square neighborhood of Cleveland, Ohio
Feb 8, 2023
From the influencing of political elections by Cambridge Analytica to AI Generated Art that mimics the look and feel of contemporary artists without their consent by Stable Diffusion, Artificial Intelligence has seen many ethical missteps as technological advances throttle forward. These technologies can revolutionize the way we work, play, and live. At what cost and who is paying for it? What will the future of work look like? The future of creativity? What are the unintended consequences and ethical guideposts that AI creators face as Artificial Intelligence increasingly becomes part of human daily lives? We will spend an evening exploring these topics with artists, scholars, and AI practitioners.
