Timekeeping using wifi
Problem
Timekeeping is a familiar and extremely important job in businesses, companies… places that employ workers. Timekeeping will help business owners, human resources and accounting departments to understand the number of days and hours worked by each employee. From this timekeeping, relevant departments will be able to easily enforce the company’s regulations and rules, providing great support for calculating salaries, bonuses or reprimanding employees.
The most commonly used forms of timekeeping today:

In fact, all forms of timekeeping have their own advantages and disadvantages, but none of them supports the monitoring of employees going out during work time and all require employee self-awareness in timekeeping issues time
Solution
Timekeeping solution uses the employee’s personal phone device, automatically identified through a Box device developed by MQ ICT SOLUTIONS via Wifi (no need to connect to Wifi)

- Establish:
1. Each location will have at least 1 Box device connected to the Wifi network
2. Employees use personal phones to access the website on the Box device (can use QR code) to register information (employee code, phone number, name, etc.). This information will be sent by Box to Cloud Server - Work:
1. Box continuously scans around (50-100m) to search for registered devices => sends information to Cloud Server
2. As long as the phone appears within the scanning range of the Box device, the system will automatically record it for timekeeping and send notifications to employees. In case Box does not find an employee’s phone within a certain period of time (can be set), the system will automatically send a warning (email, zalo) to the manager and that employee.
